now what does brings to mind
when one thinks of palak raita
(in this case hung curd)
not much
it sounds drab
and sans any appetizing smells
but, this particular recipe
will surprise you
it tastes unusual
unlike any pre concieved taste
yet tasty
just the way people surprise you
the outer shell hardly ever
measures upto the potential within
